Providing leadership to a community initiative for the revitalization of our downtown into an economically vigorous commercial center and a gathering place for hospitality, arts and entertainment within a carefully maintained historic district.

To promote downtown Siloam Springs as the hub of community life, to instill a spirit of community through various events, educational programs, historical awareness, preservation, and renovation.
To encourage the preservation of the heritage of the downtown National Register Historic District of Siloam Springs, promoting its history and culture as well as its natural and historic beauty.
To promote the restoration of the downtown area and the key entry corridors through design that enhances the historic building fabric.
To work with the City of Siloam Springs, the Department of Parks and Recreation, the Chamber of Commerce, local schools, and John Brown University to accomplish the mission of Main Street.
To recruit businesses to occupy downtown buildings and to construct new buildings in the Main Street program area.
To receive, administer, and distribute funds in connection with any activities related to the above purposes; provided the Program shall only engage in activities that are in the purview of Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 or corresponding section of any prior or future law.
